Booking Conditions

Bookings & Payment expand_more

When you make a booking online, you are required to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

When making a direct phone booking, you are required to pay a one-night deposit, with the balance of the booking being processed the morning of arrival.

We do not accept bookings from people under 18 years of age. This includes leavers' accommodation.

Cancellations expand_more

All cancellations must be in writing.

Booking cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund or you can choose to hold your funds in credit for use on a future booking.

If you cancel within 7 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit all funds (no refund).

If you don’t show up on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund.

Check-in & Check-out expand_more

Check-in time for all rooms and villas is from 2pm. Sometimes (particularly in off-peak seasons), we can accommodate requests for an early check-in. Please speak to reception if you would like to request this.

Check-out time for all rooms and villas is 10am on the day of departure. Sometimes (particularly in off-peak seasons), we may be able to accommodate requests for a late checkout (fees may apply). Please speak to reception if you would like to request this.

Late Arrivals expand_more
If you expect to arrive after 5 pm on your day of arrival, please contact reception so we can plan for your late arrival through our after-hours check-in process.
Vehicles & Parking expand_more

One vehicle is allocated for each motel and villa accommodation.

If you require parking for extra vehicles, please speak with the reception at the time of booking.

Speed limits: Please slow down and drive at walking pace (5km/hr).

Sociable Behaviour expand_more

Everyone is here to have an enjoyable holiday. Please observe the following guidelines:

  • Keeping the noise down from 10pm until 7am (music to be turned off by 10pm).
  • Not smoking around other people.
  • Not swearing or being aggressive.
  • Not doing anything likely to harm people or property or upset other people.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or evict anyone who is being anti-social.

Room Cleaning expand_more
Please leave our rooms and villas reasonably clean and tidy. This means ensuring all dishes are washed and put away, fridges are emptied, and rubbish is placed in the bins provided.
Children & Safety expand_more

Parents or guardians must properly supervise children at all times.

Guests must not ride scooters, skateboards, bicycles or any mechanised or powered vehicle (e.g. E-bike) on shared paths or driveways.

Pets Policy expand_more
Pets are not permitted at our motel.
Smoking Policy expand_more
Please refrain from smoking inside enclosed buildings (this includes bathrooms, laundry, motel rooms and villas). Please smoke only in the designated BBQ area and be considerate of other holidaymakers.
